The three founding directors of the company; Peter Merchant, Philip Gape and Michael Delaney, bring over 50 years of collective experience to the business and provide a well-balanced management structure. From production line expertise, to developing contract packing techniques, their experience over the years of providing this service to most of the major names in the food industry is reflected in the high standards of due-diligence, quality and service offered by Trilogy Foods.

Mandy Bell , development director, is another key member of the team. With a background in technical quality assurance, Mandy's forte is in the area of sourcing and developing new products or additional product uses. Mandy works closely with Emma Cordingley our sales development manager on product development to meet the brand or own-label requirements of our customers.
