TF1 is Trilogy Foods' 27,500 sq. ft. fully automated bread products baking facility.

The whole unit is EFSIS accredited, operating a HACCP control system and full metal detection and check weighing facilities are available.

A variety of packaging is available from retail pillow packs, quad bags and pots to individual 10g portion packs and 300g catering bags.

Product Range
Trilogy Foods currently supplies its croutons to major multiples, national restaurant chains, wholesalers and bagged salad manufacturers. In many cases, products are supplied in clear sachets or in own-label format. However, when a brand is called for our own Miller Dale or the high profile Antony Worrall Thompson brands are available.

Because of our method of manufacture, we are able to offer customers an amazing choice in flavour, size and texture in the bread products available to them.
